Questions

Quoting and Pricing

What does a freight quote from AEEM include?

Your quote covers the full move as scoped, linehaul, fuel, and named accessorials, and the rate you book is the rate you are invoiced.

How long is a freight quote valid?

Each quote states its own validity window, since ocean and trucking rates move with the market, and booking inside that window locks the price.

Do I need exact cargo details to get a price?

No, send what you have and a person will price what is confirmable and tell you exactly what is missing.

What is ISF and when is it due?

The Importer Security Filing is data CBP requires at least 24 hours before your cargo loads at the foreign port, and late filing risks penalties and exam delays.
