Our compliance framework integrates both U.S. and international standards to ensure every shipment is handled with precision, accountability, and transparency. AEEM Shipping maintains active FMCSA/DOT Compliance under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Department of Transportation, ensuring all domestic trucking and carrier operations meet federal safety and reliability requirements while remaining fully bonded and insured.

We are an approved TSA Indirect Air Carrier (IAC), authorized by the Transportation Security Administration to manage secure air freight operations within a controlled and federally regulated environment. In collaboration with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, AEEM Shipping is actively engaged in the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program, reinforcing supply chain security from origin to delivery. To formalize our continuous improvement culture, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification is currently pending, while FMC/NVOCC licensing with the Federal Maritime Commission is in process for full ocean freight authorization. On the technology front, AEEM Shipping is developing SOC 2 Type II compliance to safeguard all customer data within our proprietary TMS and client portal, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of data privacy and system reliability.

Additionally, we are laying the foundation for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) alignment to support future defense and government logistics capabilities.
